IASTM Ergon Therapy

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) or Ergon therapy is a manual therapy method that uses specially designed metal instruments for the treatment of soft tissues. It removes adhesions, reduces pain, improves mobility, and accelerates muscle and tendon regeneration. It is especially effective for sports injuries, muscle contractures, and chronic pain.

Sessions are conducted by a certified physiotherapist.
